Can I get over-the-counter products delivered?

Yes, Gopuff is a delivery service provider with capabilities to deliver over-the-counter products as well as other comfort items, such as thermometers, tissues and sanitizers if available within your area. 

Is the urgent care provider responsible for delivery of OTC products or other products available on Gopuff?

No, your urgent care provider may have recommended delivery as an option to order OTC products. Neither the provider nor the urgent care location is directly responsible for product availability or delivery service.  If you have specific questions on delivery or products, there will be a “live chat” available directly with Gopuff 45 minutes after an order is placed.

Why does your provider recommend Gopuff?

Gopuff works directly with your provider to give you access to products that are specific to your condition and can be delivered directly to your home quickly and inexpensively.  This is done as a convenience to you and no financial exchange is given to the healthcare company.

Are the products eligible for free delivery?

Yes, there is no cost for delivery. Orders must exceed $20 minimum.

What happens if a product I want to order is out of stock?

Gopuff updates stock regularly.  Shop Cold & Flu products available in our current selection.

Who should I reach out to for customer support after I place my order?

Once your Gopuff order is placed, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your order.  Gopuff’s goal is to deliver in 30 minutes, however, once 45 minutes pass there will be live chat support to correspond directly with a Gopuff customer support agent on the status of your order. You can also contact the live chat support if you have issues with your order after it's been delivered. The urgent care will not have information regarding products or delivery services.
